We ship orders once a week (on Mondays, unless it is a holiday in which case we ship the following business day). Please check the following shipping chart to find out when your order will ship.:

*Sometimes we will be able to get Saturday and Sunday orders out the same week, but more often than not they will wait until the following week. This restriction is in place because it takes us a long time to process, harvest, and prepare orders each week (so we require a day or 2 prep time).
We will always contact you within 24 hrs. of ordering to confirm your order and shipping date.
We guarantee that all orders shipped within the continental U.S. will be delivered to you ALIVE, provided that you meet these 2 reasonable guidelines:
- You should either be home to receive your order or have it held at the Post Office (this is so it is kept in a temperature controlled environment).
- And secondly, in the event that your worms don’t arrive alive, notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we will send you a replacement order. We do not replace orders weeks later that died due to improper care.
